Caythorpe Gas Storage

The Caythorpe Gas Storage facility is now decommissioned.  Centrica who operated this facility, announced that they are to permanently close the site and return the land, subject to agreement with the land owner, back to agricultural use. Work has now been completed and  both of the wells have been fully capped and closed off.
